How do I get a login and password?

Click “Create an Account” located at the top right corner of the website to get started. Fill in your name, email and a password. Then click “Create” and you’re ready to start shopping!  If you are unable to create an account please reach out to us at info@homehardwareserviceawards.ca.

 

Is there a minimum quantity that must be ordered?

There is no minimum order quantity for In-Stock HH Award items.  Customizable Awards do have a minimum order quantity.  This varies by item.

 

How long will it take to ship out my order?

All In-Stock items that have inventory available will be shipped within 3 business days.  Weekends and holidays excluded.

 

What if an item is out of stock or I need more than showing available?

Most In-Stock HH Award items will be restocked in 5 business days or less.  Please contact us at info@homehardwareserviceawards.ca for more information on a specific product(s) if required.

 

What if my order is urgent?

Please let us know if your order is urgent or is required for a specific date - we will do our best to accommodate it. Submit your request when placing your order, or email us at info@homehardwareserviceawards.ca with the details including the order number.

 

Can you ship on my Home Hardware courier account?

Yes, this is preferred.  Please enter your courier account number on the shipping details page.

  

Do you ship Internationally?

If ordering from outside Canada and within US, please email us at info@homehardwareserviceawards.ca with all the details of your order, method of payment and address for delivery and contact information.

 

What is your Return Policy?

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you are able the return the merchandise (in unused, new condition) for a full credit within 10 days. Personalized and custom items are not eligible for returns.  Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization number.  Email us at info@homehardwareserviceawards.ca for details on how to complete your return.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

For all orders please provide your Home Hardware PO#. You will be invoiced for your order.

 

Can I place a custom order (i.e. a different colour item that is offered on the website)?

Yes, often we can accommodate custom orders. Please email your request to info@homehardwareserviceawards.ca and we will confirm the details with you.

 

Can I place a custom order for merchandise for a higher quantity than is in inventory?

Yes, often we can accommodate custom orders. Please email your request to info@homehardwareserviceawards.ca and we will confirm if it is possible.

 

How do I get something that’s not showing online?

If you are wanting a larger quantity, or if you would like to see something added to the store please email us at info@homehardwareserviceawards.ca.
